Terms and Conditions
By making a booking with us you have entered a contract in which you undertake on behalf of yourself and the people in your party (including children) to adopt the following standards of behaviour.
To act in a courteous and considerate manner towards us, our staff and other
guests.To supervise children properly so that they are not a nuisance or a danger to
themselves or others.At South Breazle Holidays our aim is for all our guests to enjoy their stay with us. We also have to consider the safety of all our guests. With these points and the smooth running of the site in mind, we have several terms and conditions that we ask our guests to agree to.
A 35% deposit is to be paid on booking, and this secures a plot. Full balance due 28 days before arrival. If booking made with less than 28 days before arrival full cost of holiday is due at time of booking. If full payment has not been received by 28 days before the start date of your holiday your booking will be cancelled and no refund of your deposit will be due. We understand that at times holidays need to be cancelled. If you need to cancel your holiday a full refund will be given, less £7 for administration, as long as we receive more than 28 days notice.
We ask that new guests arriving do not arrive before 2pm unless with prior arrangement, and that guests leaving vacate their plot by 12 noon. Guests are to have arrived by 9pm unless other arrangements have been made with us.
The wildlife at South Breazle is very important to us, and actively encouraged. We ask guests to respect this and with this in mind ask that no guest interfere with any nesting birds and that guests do not climb the trees. There is a large area of an adjoining field for children to play. The rest of the farm is a working farm and there is no public access.
Dogs.
Responsible dog owners are welcome to bring a maximum of two dogs per pitch.
Dogs must be kept on a lead under the control of a responsible adult at all times, except in the designated dog walking area, and must wear a collar with an identity tag.
Dogs must be kept on the lead on the farm lane and at no time are they allowed on to neighbouring farm land.
You must clean up after your pet at all times. Dog bins are provided.
Pets are not permitted in site facilities or on the main centre playfield or on the fun fountain playfield.
Pets must not be left unattended on the site.
If we think your pet is causing a nuisance or damage you will be required to remove it from the site.Maximum of cars two per pitch, and we ask where possible guests do not drive across the grass unless parking on their pitch. (There is parking available at the entrance)
Prior booking of a pitch is not always necessary, backpackers do not need to book as a large area is set aside just for them.
No generators to be used on site.
Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Guests are reminded to respect their neighbour's privacy and to reduce noise levels accordingly in the evening.
No disposable bbq's to be lit or used on the ground, and no fires to be lit.
No chinese lanterns or similar devices to be used on or near the site due fire risk and injury to animals.
The speed limit on the Site and farm lane is 10mph. PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY Some of the farm lane is also a bridleway so please give way to horses.
All vehicles must conform to the Road Traffic Act and have current tax, MOT and insurance.There is no 'Landline' phone on site, so a mobile is recommended.
Do not drive on the grass when wet.
No refunds will be given due to adverse weather conditions, other situations out of our control, or if you are asked to leave for disregarding these terms and conditions.
