Campsite

The shower block is on your right as you turn into the site.

The showers are well appointed giving you your own dry private changing area with the shower cubicle attached. There are basins with mirrors in both the mens and ladies as you go in. The ladies and gents are all very spacious with the ladies loos having individual wash hand basins in each. We have a room designed suitable for wheel chair access or for those who just need a rail to steady themselves. There is also a family room with children's step and toilet seat.

There is also a chemical waste disposal area. (Eco friendly chemicals only)

A road has been built around the pitches so as to minimize driving on slippery grass. Around the edge of the site are many magnificent trees, some fenced off and some not. In these many different birds nest and some squirrels can be seen. Under the trees some rabbit burrows can also be found. In the interest of our wildlife we ask that children refrain from climbing the trees. It does however mean that whichever pitch you have you will be able to enjoy the nature and tranquillity of the farm.

Due to the size of the pitches you will be able to experience the harmony of the country side, while at the same time enjoy the wonderful views across Dartmoor and surrounding area including glimpses of the beautiful Roadford Lake only a couple of miles away. The site is tucked away from hustle and bustle down a lane just over half a mile long, but at the same time is only about 10 minutes from the main A30.

Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Guests are asked to respect their neighbour's privacy and to reduce noise levels accordingly.

To reduce the need of parking on your pitch when the grass is wet there is parking as you turn into the site and at the side of the shower block. There is also additional parking at the bottom of the site near Breazles Hideaway and Hedgehog Burrow.

We hope to see you soon.
